Quofore system components include: Quofore Mobile Suite applications running on mobile devices in the field Quofore Mobile Suite provides a range of feature-rich handheld applications that run on PDA and Smartphone style devices, notebook and tablet computers, and basic mobile phones. It delivers business functionality via an intuitive, field-friendly user interface. The Mobile Suite application is used by reps in the field who need access to information such as call plans, customer details, planograms, promotional campaigns and order history. It also includes the logic to run complex process flows that help streamline the completion of in-store tasks. On synchronization, real-time intelligence captured in store is transferred back to head-office. This Instant Field IntelligenceSM is immediately visible in Quofore Management Suite, giving field managers actionable information they can use to drive remedial tasks back into the field. Quofore Management Suite management applications running at head-office Quofore Management Suite provides comprehensive field operation controls (such as messaging, call planning, territory management and activity analysis). This in-office application runs on desktop or notebook PC’s and integrates seamlessly with the Quofore Mobile Suite applications on the field representatives’ handheld devices. Quofore Management Suite also provides sophisticated tools for deploying, managing, supporting and upgrading applications in the field. These allow administrators to quickly make changes to the Quofore Mobile Suite application in response to field management requests. Changes can be instantly updated on field representatives’ handheld devices during the next synchronization. Quofore Server high-performance application synchronization The Quofore Server manages synchronization of the mobile application in the field with the head-office management application. It utilizes innovative technologies, like on-the-fly compression and net data change synchronization to boost performance (and user productivity) in the field. The Quofore Server supports multiple devices and a range of connectivity methods, including wireless, mobile cell phones, or network connections through a docking station linked to a desktop computer.
