When Hillman executives Chip Church and Kirk Townsley were tasked with finding a new mobile software system for The Hillman Group’s 700 sales personnel, field reps, and managers, they embarked on a journey of discovery.

To uphold Hillman’s commitment to maintain consistent call cycles -- ensuring all customers experience proper stock levels and inventory turns -- Chip, SVP Field Service Software, had to select the right system to replace their ailing solution.
