Whether in the hands of company-employed personnel, contracted workers, or outsourced retail services agents, the Field Audit application gives management a quick and easy way to distribute tasks – and to harvest data back from the field.

The application provides a compact set of features targeted at personnel performing routine in-store audits, these audits include:

The Field Audit application interfaces seamlessly with the Quofore Management Suite application used by field managers and administrators. From Management Suite, selected audits are distributed to the field for action. These are available automatically to the in-store worker when they synchronise their phone. Similarly, when tasks have been completed, the information can instantly be sent back to head-office.

The regular flow of up-to-date audit results gives managers greater visibility into key success factors (such as distribution, pricing, share of shelf, promotions, and competitor activity) across all visited outlets.

By providing Instant Field IntelligenceSM, Quofore gives companies the insights they need to quickly address daily in-store challenges that can undermine success at the shelf – like out-of-stocks or pricing errors.

The Quofore solution can also be configured to trigger automatic, rules-based actions in response to data coming in from the Field Audit application. For example, an out-of-stock condition in-store can trigger an alert that can be routed to the appropriate sales rep or area manager for remedial action.

The intuitive user interface is designed to operate like a standard mobile phone application. Using the phone’s toggle switch and select buttons, in-store users can quickly navigate to the appropriate application screens to perform their required tasks.

The design emphasises speed and simplicity. A flat hierarchy of input screens avoids the need to drill deep into the application to complete a task. Similarly, input fields are kept to a minimum to speed up data entry.
