Products are sold to major retailers including Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Kmart, Sears and Target. Responsibilities for field workers include; managing multi-store territories, merchandising, displays and plan-o-grams, store resets, product demos & training classes, relationship building with store managers, reporting to head office and updating inventory counts.
