Hillman Group chooses Quofore solution The Hillman Group is today’s leader in the Fasteners, Keys, Letters, Numbers, Signs (LNS), and Engraving market selling 40,000 SKU’s. In addition to selling its products to national accounts such as Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowe’s, Sears, Tractor Supply, PetSmart, Grainger, Menards and PETCO, Hillman also services approximately 15,000 franchise and independent ("F & I") retail outlets. When Chip Church and Kirk Townsley were tasked with finding a new mobile software system for The Hillman Group’s 700 sales personnel, field reps, and managers, they embarked on a journey of discovery. To uphold Hillman’s commitment to maintain consistent call cycles -- ensuring all customers experience proper stock levels and inventory turns -- Chip, SVP Field Service Software, had to select the right system to replace their ailing solution.
